Darco was very accommodating for our group of 4! He went out of his way to ensure we were treated with respect. Funny, entertaining and he shared his passion for his city. This is definitely a different and friendly way to explore the city. On the other hand, Peka is best of Dalmatia. If you book it in advance (3 hours min), save your appetite because Peka is worth it. Octopus of meet with potatoes and veggies are picant in Dalmatian way because of herb they use. Amasing. Wine is natural choice after that. Beautiful.
As a cruise ship guests, we did not have enough time to explore Split properly (had only 8 hours in Split). Decided to take a panoramic tour, walk and wine in order to make the most of our short visit. Our guide/ car driver is really knowledgable and funny who made our sightseeing car enjoyable. Walking part was a great option to get familiar with the old part of Split and to feel the city vibe. Diocletian’s wine house restaurant was hosting our wine tasting which was brilliant! The sommelier Ana was really knowledgeable and nice and introduced us to the best Dalmatian wines. This 3in1 experience is really worthwhile. Strongly recommended.
This tour was a life saver. It was really hot in Split and we did not feel much like walking so we decided to take the cart ride tour. We have still got the chance to sightsee major attractions without having to walk much. After 75 min enjoyable ride, we had a beautiful time at the Diocletian’s wine house where we tasted three exquisite local wines
